Go a step above the bottom of the barrel.. I owned it for 2 hours... Terrible... Cheap $$ but terrible...

worst sound quality ever

Sound level is very low, and if increased, sound becomes all distorted and scratchy. I use my phone a lot in noisy environments, and this one just is not usable. 10yrs ago, my Nokia produced a perfect sound, with a great and responsive interface.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ideal for Seniors

With the seniors setting, I get louder sound in and out and it speaks the numbers when I dial! It is not as rugged as my previous phone but is much better for my needs and I love it. If it is a re-ferb, they did a great job. Seems new and works great!!!

-Quick charging times (~20 minutes)
-Number pad has nice edges around the 5 button makes it easy to use. Pocket texting anybody?
-Fairly light but fits in hand well
-Good call quality, clear in and out
-Wonderful to carry in pockets
-Camera is mediocre, speaker-phone not very good.

Solid phone

We have had three of these phones for three years now and they are still going. For making and receiving calls they are fine. We don't do text so I can't comment on that. It links to bluetooth in the car every time and the call reject feature is great. I just wish it was easier to get to. It doesn't charge as fast as my old phone, but goes a week on a charge. It will let you use your own ringtones, but the have to install them on the memory card, not the phone's memory. The speaker phone is flakey, works sometimes, but adequate for those times you have to use it. Reasonable, basic phone.
I would recommend this to a friend!
