We bought this phone for my husband 2 weeks ago and he really cannot hear the ring tones. We tried them all. Customer service told us to take it to the store on International Blvd. The sales rep tried it checking the volume and inside the store my husband could hear fine so it must have been the acoustics in the sales room because outside the ring tone was considerably quieter. Would not purchase another one

Great little phone. Need some operating info with it though. Had to go to a ATT store to find how to use it. We are all not tech geeks and I sure don't like having to go on line and to figure it out. Put some printed info in with it and not just the quick start briefing. Thank you, Jay Long.

I like the size and layout of this phone. The keys stick, which messes up a lot of calls. It's frustrating...

You sell me two new phone on a free upgrade but since I have had these new phone they are worst than my old one the battery life is only two day were my old ones I could go almost a week.
