VOLUME

This phone is my husbands. He has a definite hearing problem the problem we have with his phones including this one is RING VOLUME. You should add a feature for the hearing impaired. So they could choose this feature and would be able make their ringtones louder. And deleting the call list is TOO TOO many steps. He doesn't like that part at all ! Other than that the phone is good, for a flip phone. I really do hope you address the volume issue though.

i bought this hoping it was senior approved but the sound is to low for me and ring tone to low I have a Motorola tundra and I am using it instead

Not happy with text features

I don't like that you can't see both to and from text at the same place. I also do not like that I cannot make the font larger in the texts.

I like the phone! But I should have went a step up from this phone! Like LG3 Or higher! It is a little hard to text on the LG A380! And I can,t hear good with it turned wide open!

Great Flip Phone

Purchased the phone "on-line" with the help of the representative. Phone arrived within 2 days which made me happy since the old phone died. I only use the phone to talk, do not use text or data options. Pretty simple operation. Recommend getting a case for the phone as it is somewhat slippery and the case makes it easy to handle.
