Great fridge

We've had this fridge for over a year now and it has been working flawlessly. The build quality is top notch. Love the industrial looking handles on this model. It was a bit pricey, but very satisfied with this fridge.
We are a family of 3 and it's just the right size. We don't like stuffing our fridge, always leaving some space around the contents so we can clearly see what's inside. Leaving space helps the LED light reach all corners of the interior. We like the freezer on the bottom as it brings the fridge compartment to eye level. The fridge compartment gets the most use so this layout makes a lot of sense - no need to crouch down.
The freezer could use a little more capacity in my opinion. The freezer compartment may look big from the outside, but the ice cube maker actually takes up close to 1/4 of the space.
The water dispenser is inside the fridge as opposed to outside on the door surface. It's a cleaner look that we prefer. There is a water filter hidden inside the fridge that will let you know when it needs to be replaced. The filtered water goes to the water dispenser and the ice cube maker.

I bought a French-door , counter depth fridge about a year ago. The inside design with the two vegetable/fruit crispers along with the deli pull out drawer are great in helping a family organize their foods and make the most use of fridge space. The self-making ice compartment in the freezer below is a wonderful feature when entertaining guests. The baskets and slide shelf in the freezer again allow for maximum usage of space to store frozen goods. The sleek style of the fridge alone adds a polished look to any kitchen.

We bought this a month ago to replace an aging Sub-Zero built-in with the same Cu. Ft. Storage area. The organization of the space in the new Kitchen-Aid is much better, so it feels as if it is bigger. We love the freezer compartment organization, and also the internal filtered water dispenser that takes up no space.

The fridge is well lit and the freezer is easy to keep organized. My concerns are with the limit on the shelf heights and I wish there was an extra door container. Overall an amazing piece of equipment.
