This is the best looking refrigerator for the price. It looks like a commercial refrigerator and when you open it you can see what you have in the drawers. Only recommendation would that most people are right handed and the left handed door is the one that we seem to need to open the most. So glad I got ride of the side by side. Now I can find what I need without emptying the refrigerator.
Pros: Design, easy to use
Cons: No crushed ice

The water dispenser makes a loud noise in the wall of the refrigerator when water cuts off and the ice maker water valve is excessively loud. KitchenAid service tech said the problem is a factory/design issue, and can not be fixed in the home. Very disappointed.
A friend of mine has the same refrigerator, a production year earlier, and it is not as noisy. Wish I had my old refrigerator this one replaced back.

I bought this counter depth refrigerator because I wanted a French door refrigerator. The Pro-Line Series is so beautiful. I did not want the ice maker/water function in the door. I've had this feature before and have found it to be messy when water dribbles down the stainless steel. I have also found that this feature never lasts long before it needs to be repaired.

I bought a house with a high end refrigerator that had constant problems.
It was finally declared unfixable. The KitchenAid works well and is easy to clean getting a warning for door not being closed properly is wonderful.
Temperature is consistent and freezer works well too.
