This machine is ok. It is loud and the pull out for the bleach and deteregent sticks

I love my washer! I do wish I would have gotten the larger size, but that's my own fault. The one issue that I continually have with every load though.... it eats socks and undies. Every load leaves at least 1-4 items caught up in the rubber stripping along the door. It's extremely frustrating because I have to rewash those items and my socks get all mixed up.I think some more thought into the design of the door and the rubber stripping could resolve this issue. Thanks!Allyson Maxey

Overall a good product.

The one bad thing about this washer is that small items. like individual socks, tend to get stuck inside the rubber lining near the door. When this happens the stuck item does not get rinsed and stays soapy.

Awesome machines. No complaints yet. I used to work for an Interior Design company and we spec'ed the duets a lot. I was once working with our regular appliance repair man on fixing another brand and I asked him what brand he would buy. - he said Whirlpool ... hands down.It does wobble a bit on the spin speed, but it's probably because I didn't level it properly.

All the features you would ever want!

We received this washer several months ago and have been very pleased.It does not bounce across the room like other machines. It is also very easy to select the type of washing you want to do, real easy to operate. With it direct drive technology it is smooth and quieter than any other washer we have had. I strongly recommend this product. I usually don't write reviews but this one deserves my time.

This washer is very similar to the previous one we owned and loved. One suggestion I would make: The load control knob, which sticks out from the machine, turns so very easily that it frequently gets bumped etc. and changes position. Since I nearly always wash in the "Normal" position, I fail to notice that it has moved. A more positive stop for it might be very helpful.
