very efficient and worth every penny

I bought this as a set new, which is not usual for me. But, I am really glad of the investment I have made. The washer spins out almost ALL of the water and makes the dryer's work so easy. I am doing my laundry twice as fast--no, THREE times as fast as before!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I replaced a Duet washer that I had for over 7 years, and I really liked that one. However, it wasn't working properly for some time, and I didn't realize it. This is so nice to have it actually spinning out. I haven't had it long enough to clean it, so I don't know it that is an inconvenience or not.
I would recommend this to a friend!

over all use is good. some areas i would improve if i could; i would make the outside of both units less deep . i installed my washer and dryer in a closet that is 29.5 i inches deep . we had to have door frame increased 1.5 inches. the doors on both units could be flush with units.i would also change tthe design of the rubber bands in the washer.i have to dry door and bands to remove remaining water that has collected within the rubber bands when complete cycle is over.

Loud washer

We could not believe how loud this washer is. I had to replace my old washer cause the main bearing went out. I realized this because the washer sounded like a machine gun when it was in the spin cycle. When we ran our first load through this washer it sounded the same. I called and had a tech come out. He said there was nothing wrong with the washer and sometimes they need to be broken in. Well it has been a month and it is still very noisy and vibrates a lot when on the spin cycle. I even ran the washer without anything I it and I could see it was vibrating. Not happy with it and will most likely look at another brand when this one needs replacement. Very disappointed cause we where looking forward to a even quieter washer when we bought this one. I guess they just don't make them like they used to.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I don't think it's worth to pay more for LCD screens and such on a machine... really, this machine does the job that it was meant to do and that is to clean. I am a married, masculine man and doing laundry is an enjoyable chore to do on my "honey-do" list because this machine is easy to use.

have used it for a month along with the companion dryer and I am very pleased. Love the large capacity and variety of featured options. The spinning can get a bit noisy for our location inside the family room but it is not unbearable.
