This product has some good features.

The spin cycle on this washer is quite noisy. I preferred my topload Whirlpool washer, and it aslo had more washing features, eg. a cycle for sheets, one for towels etc. more washing options than this front load.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Already repaired many times

The washer came brand new with my home 6 years ago. It is the first washer I have owned so I do not know how long washers are supposed to last. So far I have spent about $400 in repairs. I have other whirlpool appliances that have broken down as well. please do not buy whirlpool.

Leaked water from the bottom since we purchased it

Yep. Leaked water from the undercarriage since we purchased it in 2012. Had someone out to repair MULTIPLE times, and still it leaks. 7 years later, stuff is beginning to fall off. The feet on the bottom are stuck and I can't find a wrench narrow enough to adjust it. The mother board is beginning to fail, and we need to buy something else soon. Will it be whirlpool? NOPE!

Poor quality - same part replaced 3 x in 2 years

The machine never worked properly. Very tough on apparel, lifespan of clothing considerably shorter with this machine.

Nothing but trouble

Nothing but problems with this washer in the 4 years I've had it. It's finally hit the dust and as the technician said - not worth paying for the service or parts anymore.
I've had door lock issues, drainage issues, leakage, control panel issues, buttons getting stuck and major vibration due to the agitator (which eventually led to the whole frame falling off). And the smell! The rubber on the door developed mold over the 4 years I've had it - despite consistently cleaning it and leaving the door opened. The smell was horrendous.
I've spent hundreds on small repairs. Hands down, the most after-purchase expensive washing machine I've ever owned. Will never ever recommend the duet to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quiet and lots of options. Clothes come out clean all the time. We also noticed that our clothing items dry faster as the Whirlpool washer does an excellent job extraction
