Our Whirlpool set is doing a fine job washing and drying our clothes. I like the dryer door design. Our last one had a door that spaghetti straps and panties would get snagged on. This is snug. The washer seal always ends up with water laying in it. I have to dry out with towel and leave door ajar to prevent mildew. A bit inconvenient as it is just tucked behind a bifold door. When my Maytag was on it's last leg, I asked the repairman what to buy to replace it. He said Whirlpool because he thought they had the best quality and also for ease of repair.

Good features, small problems

I have two very young children and the washing machine sometimes tugs at and ruins their clothing. The problem was fixed by the company at no charge. I have not had any problems in the month since it's been fixed. Hopefully this problem will not occur again.

Is a great washer that will do large loads. Only drawback is it can be loud on the spin cycle

Have only used the pair several times since installation on March 3rd, '13. Returned back to Ohio on April 18th, '13, so it wouldn't be a fair evaluation. We are having some unbalanced spinning cycles, but that just may be part of the learning curve. We will be returning ot FL, hopefully by 3rd week in Nov. We'll let you know then. Jim Duvendack...

Garbage quality

I bought this unit 3 years ago for my rental property because I had a previous version that lasted 8 years and wanted something that woul dnot give me any hassle. This unit has been run with light loads maybe 150 to 200 times in the three years and now its busted and required $550 in repairs. What kind of product is this? 0 quality rating if I could rate it that low. Never buying whirlpool again, too bad too bc I am about to buy a new set for my new home.

I love this front load washer. It has several cycles to choose from so that water is not wasted.. I love the cleaning cycle also. It is so easy to use.
