I have purchased many machines over my lifetime. I recently purchased a whirlpool set for our vacation rental. These machines get put through the test. Between my housekeeper, myself and my rental guests, they processes lots of laundry. These models have excellent features, and they do a great job. I wish I had this set at home. I would (and have) recommend this set and would not hesitate to purchase these machines again. You won't be disappointed.

Everything works great with the washer, balance wise without the 10/12inch base the washer performs well and is decently quiet, once adding the 10/12 inch base with drawer if the washer is slightly off balance it will rattle and make a lot of noise. Keep the machine balanced and it is a good machine so far.

This washer washes clothes. Really well. It's not too expensive compared to most front load washers, and its feature set is quite nice. I love the allergen setting. I've never owned a front-load washer before, but none of the issues I've heard of seem to exist with this washer. It's great!

This washer is GREAT for everyday use for a small family. Large loads cause the machine to become ineffective as it will not spin the water out. A queen size cotton blanket will be soaked. Kitchen rugs will toss and toss and the machine gets stuck with 1 minute left on the time. You have to shut off the power then choose "rinse and spin only" cycle. Rugs are still very wet after this cycle. It is quiet and medium to small loads come out great. Just don't overload!

I have had this washer only a year and had to have it serviced already. Would not recommend it. A washer should not break or rip clothes less than year old.

Most washers are easy to use but this one has easy open door , easy to load and unload. all the features are easy to read and use. As with most of todays appliancecs this one goes above the energy use area. the savings are terrific , as for the design its sleek and easy on the eyes. this total package makes it one of the industries nicest washers on the martket.
