an added bonus to ANY workout..I bring it to the gym with me..I use it in yoga at times..but, most of all i use it to whipe down my poles and myself during instructing my "inner vixen workout' classes using poles/exotic dance and yoga/pilates to motivate and excersize every muscle group in their bodies....

I always had to bring a towel for my hands and wear footies. Thanks to this I no longer need either. I loved it so much I got one for my brother too.

ordered in blue and purple (purple is a little drab) but the towel is really soft and fits a yoga mat perfectly. I practise Bikram and am really happy with the purchase as i will no longer get whiffs of stinky towels my studio lets you use. having your own towel makes practise much better :)

It is a little thinner than I would have liked, but so far it is durable and has kept me from slipping around on the mat. It stays in place on my mat which is also nice.
