This towel stuck to the mat really well even though it doesn't have rubber "stickers." Now I can just take my very foldable towel to yoga and use their mat!

The Towel does absorb. However, it still moves around on the mat, so I am constantly fidgeting with it. It's absorbent but not super absorbent.

I've banished my bath towels back to the closet...will never use them for yoga again! This towel is great for Bikram and hot yoga, it's not bulky and barely bunches up when you move in and out of poses.

Great towel. I use it for bikram and it soaks up the sweat. Sometimes its needs a little adjusting during class but overall good product for the price.

This towel is great for hot yoga or if you're like me and hands get sweaty in any yoga class. It doesn't slip and slide or bunch up (like some I have used). I put it right over my regular yoga mat, spray a little water near hands and feet, and then go. Best part- I can throw this towel in the wash (cold cycle) and it still works great. :)

I use this towel for regular yoga practice. My hands and feet always slip on the mat and I don't feel comfortable wearing yoga gloves and socks. This towel provides the traction I need! It gets a little bunched up sometimes, but not enough to make me want to stop using it! Great for all kids of practice, especially if you have sweaty hands and feet.

I just started yoga a few months ago and found I definately needed a towel of some kind! The ones at the studio I go to were crazy expensive and because I was new to this I wasnt sure about the investment so I bought this one instead. I love how soft this towel is! Its super absorbent and very comfortable. It does move around slightly but very slightly. I would say I probably fix it 2-3 times during my session but I am also a perfectionist! It is great for starters, but I think in the future I will splurge on one that grips the mat and stays in place a little better! ;)

Even though this towel does not have the grippy stuff on the back, it holds in place really well. I was looking for a yoga toes towel, but this one was much less expensive and I have had great luck with it so far. I have used it about 25 times and it stays right in place. It also washes easily. I would definitely recommend it.
