I started taking my practice a little deeper and began flow classes. I didn't realize how much I would sweat! This towel comes in so handy while in down-dog; I'm not sliding anywhere. Plus, it soaks up a lot of what I throw off. Great purchase for your practice!

I bought the towel hoping it would help with slipping during my early morning Ashtanga practice. The towel is good at absorbing sweat. However it is too slippery feeling for my tastes. I know I can use it for other things and I don't mind since the price was reasonable. I may invest in a more expensive model.

I've had a constant battle with my yoga mat... sliding and slipping around my mat has been the common theme of my practice. I used the yoga mat towel this morning and am incredibly impressed with how I was able to securely stick all of my poses. I am beyond thrilled to have found a resolution - finally! Not to mention, the color purple is very inviting... LOVE this product.

My husband and I both do Bikram hot yoga. We used a regular thick towel on our mats and it would always bind up while doing the different poses. I bought this towel for a stocking stuffer. What a great gift. He loves the towel, it is light and absorbs all the moisture (sweat). It stays in place. I am ordering two more so we do not have to wash it daily. It also washes well. Great buy!
