Try another model no more 5320

I tried to like the MG5320 but it uses a lot of ink. Paper jams are frequent and now 2 1/2 years it is dead . Error code B200 which I see is common if you google it . Tech support says it was a mechanical failure . Not worth the cost to repair .This is the 2nd Cannon in the Pixma 5300 series I have purchased . Disappointed they last past warranty but that's about it . I guess 2 years is great the last one lasted a year and 1/2 the other one I returned .

Great functionality, average photo quality

Great functionality, but photo output quality is only average.
Photos have a definitive magenta cast to them that requires tweaking in a photo editing software solution to be able to get normal looking photos. Too bad about this. My old Pixma doesn't have this issue and has far superior photo quality.

Worked well for two years , then died

This printer was all that I need. Low cost , maybe not so fast, but I,m old and don't need speed. All went well, then three days ago, it just died. A quick check of the power cord, by swapping to another did nothing. Voltage in was OK, then to the dc power adapter. I thought there may be a breaker, but finding none checked for dc voltages at the output and found some, but not knowing what they should be, I went off to service on the Canon site. No longer is service an option for this model....another wait on a phone line....too long again....this is the grand plan...throw it out and get another...there cheap enough......couldn't afford to have it fixed anyway

I bought this printer with high hopes. It worked fine, went through a lot of ink quick. The main problem is that I will not stay connected to wifi so I can not print or scan. I bought a usb cord to solve the issue, however it still gives me an error that it is not connected. I troubleshoot and it says its working fine, and spits out test page, but will not print or scan. This is a problem. I spent many hours trying to figure out what the problem is. This printer is not worth the headache or time.
Pros: Compact Design, Easy Setup
Cons: Difficult to use, Slow Print Speed, unreliable, High Ink Consumption
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wifi connection nightmares

I spend more time trying to get this printer to work through wifi. Constant wifi issues. And now with windows 10, same old issues with wifi connection problems. Don't buy this printer unless you just don't have enough stress in your life.

This printer has been in my possession for a day or two now and I enjoy the easy use and setup. I've already printed a bunch of 4x6 s and the color scheme has lived up to it's advertisement status, this printer (besides pro.) was the best for our $$ and quality out of all the others that we searched. plus i'm a big fan of Canon products and services.
Pros: print quality., easy to set up and use, great value for the options.
Cons: size too big for small apt.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This printer replaced my old printer and was easy to
get set up and print quality is excellant. Scans are easy to
do as well. Can't go wrong with this unit.
