Middle of the road

For the price it was a good deal. Worked supper for better than a year till I let it set for six months with low or no ink. Bought all new ink and was not able to get it to print. Jets were blocked and was only party able to clear two jets. Easier to just buy another than to have fixed.

I bought this unit expecting the same quality from Canon that I had with my previous printer. While the setup was easy and full size pages looked good, I was really disappointed when printing envelopes. The addresses almost always come out smugged. Most of the time it'll take multiple attemps to get a decent one.
Pros: Easy Setup, easy to use
Cons: unreliable, High Ink Consumption, smugged printing
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worst Printer I Ever Owed

This is absolutely the worst all-in-one I have ever owned and I would highly suggest others do not purchase. Unit does not work properly when wireless. The unit will not recognize the wireless connection and then I have to fight with it for hours to get it to work again. When I give up on wireless and plug in the network cable it basically has the same issue. I get error messages stating the usb cable is not plugged in etc... I can go on for hours. I encourage others to avoid purchasing this model.

machine runs but paper comes out clear

One + yr old MG5320 machine worked fine one day then following day paper came out clean--nothing printed, no smudges, etc. Had it looked at by repair person. After 2 + hours he got it to work---for two days. only Then the same problem returned. Machine was cleaned, drivers updated, new ink cartages installed, etc. Machine still will not print.
Cons: Difficult Setup, High Ink Consumption, unreliable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Only lasts 1 year

This printer quit working at one year and three weeks with a one year warranty. It cannot be fixed for less that what I paid. It will go to the landfill still like new. Sad!!!
Cons: unreliable

had over a year and works fine, from print to scan.
the only issue is the INK, 2 black inks 5 in total.
don't even know which black INK tank handles B & W only
prints as I would only buy that one
Pros: reliable, Easy Setup, Sharp Tones & Colors, easy to use, initial cost
Cons: High Ink Consumption

Don't waste your money on this

I was very happy with my previous canon printer which lasted over 10 years. This one however is to be avoided. This is only about one year old and suddenly the magenta will not work despite cleaning, deep cleaning, and cartridge replacements. I'm so disappointed. Spend the money on something that will last instead of "saving" money on this thing that will end up in a landfill within two years.

NEVER printed using a wireless connection. No problem printing while connected to the computer via USB. However, I was looking to clear counter space and move the printer downstairs. I've own this for several years and have not been able to get it to work wireless with either of my MAC computers. No matter what do it won't connect. Will be purchasing a different brand next time. Major Bummer
