Epson Stylus NX430

Last year we bought a Epson WF 840 and are very satisfied. So I bought for myself the Stylus 430 because I wanted a 2nd printer that uses all the same ink cartridges, but I did not need all the scanner/copier features. These printers replaced 2 older printers that used very expensive cartridges. Economic ink cartridges was a very important sales point for me.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Mac OS X 10.7 AWESOME INSTALL

IT WAS SO EASY TO INSTALL!!! All i did was power it up connect it to my network and followed the prompts it was so easy and is compatible with Lion which was my main concern!!! We also checked how much the refills would cost and very economical!! great buy!!

easy set up- but when you tell me to connect a usb for initial wireless setup- you should also be specific about the disconnect. oh, and the piece of paper that declares "don't use the setup disk if you're running mac lion"? maybe put that on TOP of all the other documentation instead of buried on the bottom so i don't find it after i've already used the disk. printer accesses wireless easily, prints well (not great resolution- but after all at this price point) seems relatively fast. verdict not in on economics re print cartridges. lets see how much mileage i actually get out of them.

After carefully following setup (about 30 minutes) the printer was up and running on two computers. One connected by USB cable (Windows XP machine) and one wireless (Windows 7 laptop). Print quality is great and user interface is straight forward.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have only had this printer for a few days,but I am really impressed by it's performance.I have always purchased another top brand printer but was happy I checked out the comments on this Epson and purchased the NX430.It prints really great photos that are dry to the touch as they come out of the tray.The scanner feature is awesome and the wireless setup was a snap.I like the idea of 4 separate ink cartridges as I have never had this feature.The size is perfect for any location.The swing up control panel with LCD is a nice touch.The price on sale gives good bang for your buck.I am very happy so far with this printer.

OK. I've only had it for about an hour but any electronic item that sets-up this easily and works instantly has my love. I've watched so many IT people spend hours setting up printers and never seen anything go so smoothly. So glad I made this choice.

Love this printer. It was very easy to set up and all my mobile devices, iPad and iPod Touch recognized it instantly. The Mac did also. This is the first time I have ever had it so easy setting up anything. My husband printed a picture and was blown away by the quality. He is a professional photographer. The quality of printing is also outstanding. This product is a winner
