Epson has never let me down, and now this new wireless 3 in 1 is a dream. Installation went perfectly, printing too. So glad I bought it.

This printer is great! It is so easy to set up. My iPad and iPhone recognized it as soon as I plugged it in and networked it. The set up on other computers was really easy with step by step directions. The printed copies are clear and crisp. This printer is really good printer and great value for the money I paid!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great size and weight for an all-in-one. Excellent print quality. Setting up the wireless connection can be difficult. For some unknown reason, the characters on the printer default to all caps so when one types in the password for the network that is lower case, you will receive an error message that password is incorrect. In my opinion the default should be lower case. Also I unable to correct incorrectly typed characters on the printer screen.
Great technical phone support. Representative was knowlegeable, patient, and helpful. Although it was clear that English was not her native language, she was willing to repeat when I had difficulty understanding her. Phone support was connected quickly and I was not placed on hold, unlike some technical support sites.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very easy setup right out of the box.Seamless setup with the usb cord to the desktop running Windows XP andwireless to the laptops running Windows 7.The only minor issue it took two tries to download the firmware update.The Android phone seems to be another issue still trying to connect with it.Overall a great product with easy setup.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am using Ubuntu Linux, this printer was easy to install with my system via the wireless network. It prints and scans perfectly. Great product.
