Well everything was going well, installed properly, printed test sheet, when went to scan said there was no printer hooked up. I just printed a test sheet. am going to try another computer,if same thing it goes back! Just ridiculous!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wireless set-up didn't work the first time. Put disc back in and then got the downloads needed.
Second try went fine.
I was able to scan & print from email within 1 hour of opening box.

Good solid all-in-one

This would have had a 5 star but for the following issues. (1) The control panel is a little confusing in that there is no "print" setting, and I kept looking for one. (2) Also, the wireless feature takes time to figure out. I still can't scan wirelessly to my computer. I scan to a mini SD card. (3) I wish there were a flash drive option to scan to, as I cannot keep from misplacing those tiny SDs! Positives: There is online help from Epson and manuals are available. I downloaded the driver software to install on my new laptop. A good home printer for the money, it is quiet, and does not take up too much space.

It was a breeze. The home wireless connected automatically. Do take epson's advice and use a USB cord. Even though my modem is in the basement.....no problem.

Easy set up. Wireless to Mac works great. I like the compact package versus having a bulky machine in my home office. I plan to use this printer just for personal reports and photos, not industrial printing jobs, so I believe it will be fine. I was promoted to purchase it because of it's price and the value that I saw in all the options. Nice online reviews as well.

Well.I just got this printer 4 days ago and I love it works with ipad2, android and of course my laptop. U can the Epson app in the apple store and the android market.
