If only for the reason that I can print from off my iPhone , I would buy it!
Only downside : have to wait a few hours to download software from Internet if you want to use it with a Mac

Functional Printer-but difficult to set up
on January 14, 2012

I received this printer as a gift. I set it up and it worked great! But, then I was trying to print something from my computer and somehow I managed to change the language. I just can't figure out how to change it back to English. I think the printer is too complicated to use. I do like the features, but it is going to take me time to learn how to use it. My friend who gave it to me said that it would work on two computers. I installed it first on one computer and then thought that when I installed on it on the second computer, I would be able to change the settings. Well that didn't happen!

Good printer but difficult to set up

Just bought the printer and have only used it for two days. It seems to be well built, but I do have a caveat about the manual. The manual is rather vague about getting it on wifi. It was mostly trial and error for me. But, having said that, once i figured it out, it was smooth sailing. The manual could be a lot more extensive. I couldn't find the printer drivers online at the Epson website, it is like the printer does not exist. Other than that it seems like a decent printer. My iPad, and iPhone worked very well with the printer. Like other Epson products I expect a long term relationship.

I have purchased and installed a new NX430. I finally got it on the air. It is not all that easy to install. It does do some setup during install but leaves some for me to find and do. My negative comment would be that setting in a mode to do wireless printing is easy but making it happen is almost impossible. The literature is super vague and leads you to believe that they expect that just anyone can set up the wireless. Not so, so that makes it a hunt and find. I have not found a way yet but will keep looking. Help on the subject is minimal like, Call a friend, look on the internet for networking. I will just have to keep trying.

A great addition to a small apartment. The features are just as viable as the larger All in One's. Smooth, easy setup. The wireless setup, the simplest I have found. All around a great little printer.

I love the simplicity of my Epson printers, both in the setup and operation.
I've used other brands of printers and have found that Epson, overall, is user-friendly, versatile and flexible in it's printing, scanning and copying capabilities.
