good for the price

Very light and easy to handle.
Everything was fine until my mac was asking about the printer driver. I am not so savvy in computer and tried to figure out what I had to assign the printer to. and the directory did not have epson stylus nx430. I had to span quite a while to assign closest version of the model. I do not understand why the computer did not recognize it even after the installation. when I did not have the correct driver, the printout was hideous and disappointing. once i found something matching, it was fine.

I am extremely happy with my new All-In-One printer. It is not as fast as some but the quality and ease of installation was great!
I would highly recommend it.

Gotta love all these newfangled gadgets... i-this, i-that and in particular, the promise of "wireless" interfacing of all the toys. When it came time to replace my aging (2-year old) printer, which was my first wireless (wi-fi) - it was quite an undertaking, for I had quite a high demand from what I wanted in my new printer- I wanted it to actually work - more specifically to work with my Mac, my wife's Mac laptop, the assorted i-phones and i-pads; specifically, to work with Apple products. (The outgoing printer seemed to hold it's own with PC products - but never could get it to talk to the i-toys). Very long story short - much research and consultation was done and after much deliberation I decided on the Epson NX430, and could not be happier with that decision. Right out of the box it took only minutes to set up the software on the Mac and laptop, and very first attempts at printing - slick as could be! Then for the i-phones and i-pad; downloaded the app (Epson i-print) and voila! Those toys were interfacing and printing- very first try! So for a great price, I ended up with exactly what I wanted - a wireless printer that actually works! (Oh, and it prints right nice too.)
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very good, especially for the price. Setup instructions were clear,simple and easy to follow. Print and photo quality is also very good. Highly recomend this product.

The installation was easy and straightforward by instructions.
The resolution of the scans & prints is equal to that of an Epson printer of twice the price -- albeit the more-expensive printer is twice as fast. Speed is less important to me.
I like the top-loading paper feeder because it is less likely to jam. Thanks.
