I really like this printer and its convenience. I have a Mac and the complacency with my computer and this printer because of the wireless connection. I don't, however, like that when I try to print my computer will tell me it can't find the printer or it isn't connected when it is in fact connected and on. It's just a bit of a struggle at times to get things printed when I need them printed. Otherwise, I really like the product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've used this unit for about 6 time combined; 3 times to scan a document and 3 times to print a few pages. I'm not impressed with the quality of print from the color cartridges as they came out faint. The scanning had great quality. Well the scanner failed in no time and this was not from being mishandled but from some hardware issue with the new unit. I should've gone for the Brother like my mom did; Hers is still working perfectly, lol.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cannot get wireless to work

The set up of this little all-in-one went smoothly except for the wireless part...could not get it to print via WIFI, only when I used an USB cable. I have tried just about everything I can think of and still no luck.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The scanning and copying functions worked up to expectations. The print quality was not very good. The colors were streaked. The original ink was dried out and I needed to replace them with new ones. I won't buy another one at all.

This product was great. I put it together/installed it very easily. It works great. Fast, simple, easy. It prints from my iPhone too! its amazing.

I have had my new Epson printer for less than 1 week but am already impressed. It was easy to install by just using the prompts. I do a lot of 8 X 10 color and black/white photo printing and am very pleased by the print quality. The print quality is much better than my previous printer. I don't understand why it doesn't come with a USB cable since I found that I had to use one, but fortunately I bought one at the time of purchase. I would recommend it.
