After spending over three hours attempting to program and set this up with my MacBook pro, I was done. It is the most complicated set up, frustrating system ever. I am returning it and would not recommend this product to Mac users. It is not friendly.

It really works! Of course it should, but we live in the country, have so-so Internet with a router so I am usually surprised when anything wireless works. Good quality printing although the 4 stars are because the blue cartridge had to be replaced immediately. What I absolutely love is being able to print from my iPad and iPhone without the hassle of sending myself an email and printing from the desktop. This techno-grandma is a happy camper!

finally updated my 7 year old printer after ink was discontinued... so glad i did. this printer was super easy to set up an i got it connected to the ipad and droid phone in about 5 seconds... world changed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This printer is terrible, it will print fine but it doesn't do anything else says it is not connected, but it is connected enough to print what junk

Easy set up

I read with interest the setup reviews. If I had read the directions (not good about that) it would have been VERY easy. Pay attention to the part that says to make sure you have the correct letter size...capitals vs non in the network password. Once I figured that out it picked up the wireless network immediately!

Wonderful printer to use with my iPad. I bought this only for the air printer feature and couldn't be more happy. I also was thrilled with the Epsom tech support. The tech helped me set it up right out of the box and I was connected and printing from my iPad within 20 minutes. Thanks for a great product and for wonderful tech support!
