Great Low Cost Solution Mediocre Print Quality

This a great buy considering its compact size and low cost. It provides print solutions to all my wireless devices including iPhone, iPad, MacBook, and Thinkpad.
However, print quality is mediocre at the best. It is no comparison with laser printers and below par of inkjet printers. For the price, I have no complaint. Copying works good. Scanning results are also disappointing. Better to use OCR to scan into Word for print. Epson technical support is very good and spent some time on the phone with me to solve difficulties in linking the unit to different software.
I did not try photo printing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I PURCHASEWD THE SUBJECT PRINTER FOR MY SMALL RESIDENSE OFFICE 2 WEEKS AGO AND AM VERY HAPPY WITH IT. IT IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND AFFORDABLE IN PERFORMANCE AND APPEARENCE. THE PRICE IS RIGHT AND IT DOES ALL JOBS MOST HANDLEY.
I AM GLAD I PURCHASED SAME AND LOOK FORWARD TP MANY YEARS OF SUCCESSFUL PRINTING FOR HOME AND BUSINESS.

I have always been a fan of epson printers, I was happy to see one for use with AirPrint. The printer works fine when printing letter size but will not print legal size through AirPrint sadly, which I need primarily, so until this issue is resolved I can not recommend this item if you need legal size printing done.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So far i am highly satisfied with the printer. It automatically hooked up with my mac without any issues and installing it on my pc was just as easy. Print quality is great, and all the other functions are excellent as well. Highly satisfied overall.
