Epson NX430 Wireless printer

Just purchased the printer today 03/15/12 and I am loving it, only took about 20 mins to setup the printer and the computers on the wireless network, I have three windows laptops and 1 mac running on the network. All computers are communicating with the printer wirelessly with no issues. Excellent product, Love it.

Wireless for the Clueless

I'm not really clueless. Yes, I am blond, and a little hardware challenged. I know my own computer system pretty well, but when it comes to change...well, I hate it! My new Epson Stylus NX430 was a no brainer (so I was right at home). Easy set up and I'm even wireless now. Woo-Hoo.

Epson NX430

I lack the vocabulary to tell you how pleased my wife and I both are with this all-in-one printer. We have not used the copy or scan features yet, but to be able to print a professional quality photo, and then immediately print a page of text ... without making any kind of adjustments to the settings is very gratifying indeed.

Small footprint, takes up less space. The scanning to PDF is much faster than my last printer. Ink usage so far is good. Overall, I'm very happy with the product.

works with XP Pro 64bit/easy install

The O/S on my machine is XP Pro 62bit. I exchanged a competitor's model for this one because this one supports both XP Pro 32bit and 64bit, and its wireless feature (for IPad2 and mobile) are easier to install from what I've read on user forums. I didn't want to upgrade to Win7 yet. It picked up the IPad2 right away. I printed a few pages and looks good in normal mode not draft. Setup was a snap. Only con is draft mode print quality is too light. you need to step up to normal mode.

This printer is so user friendly. It was amazingly easy to set up. Beautiful prints, very adequate for home use. I haven't used all the features yet, but give me time.

Installing the Epson NX430 Printer was very easy. The instructions were excellent, clear and concise. The printer itself is compact and well designed. The function controls are easy to read and the copies are beautiful. What more could one want ?
