PC Scan Choice (Last Used)

I had to reinstall the programming and before my PC name was recognized, after the reinstall I select Scan to PC and see USB and Last Used as my only two options but the Last Used does not recognize my PC for WiFi which I used the USB Cable to set it up during reinstall and so the choice does not switch to my PC name. I can only summize that the programming is not installing correctly because the Last Used is not suppose to show up unless I make a choice first of available PC's, if I only have one I should not see a Last Used option. Therefore someone that writes the programming needs to return to this problem and resolve it for me so I can reinstall the software for Epson Stylist NX430 and this is a VISTA Computer OS. Meanwhile I am having to scan to the Memory Card then insert it to my PC. Right clicking the Icon in the Task Bar has no option to reconnect the printer WiFi or USB Connection which was removed as requested, I am out of Inspiron Computer, had to disconnect a HDD in order to run the reinstallation which removed the previous programming and downloaded the updated programming then setup installed the Firmware for the printer which is version 58.58.ST21BC File FWG828TL after removal of the USB Connection Could this be a Firmware error I get clicking Last Used?
Right now I am skeptical of the solution to the Last Used problem. I accessed NETGEAR and the pinter installation did recognize the riouter and its MAC Address nicely. In Control Panel I select Printers and the Properties of this printer and the ink levels are shown. Checking the Status Monitor 3 shows ink levels and states the printer is ready to print but I cannot select a image nor does it check for errors of the scanner. Checking for Driver Updates shows It already has the latest updated drivers. Once returning back to the Control Panel in VISTA I see a icon Scanners & Cameras so I click to install the scanner and the Disk provided is not recognizing there is software available and the link is E:\Common\EPSON Scan\Setup.exe I then ran separately to install the Scanner.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just purchased this Epson NX430...and it is AMAZING. I have connected my laptop (Windows), my miniMac (desktop) and two Android powered cell phones for use with this printer. Easy install. Plenty of helpful instructions. Very affordable for a standard home wireless printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Epson Stylus NX430

Received my Epson Stylus NX 430 yesterday and in a matter of about 15 minutes, I had the printer connecting wireless to MacBook Air computer, iPad and iPhone. I then proceeded to hook up my husband's three Apple devices as well.
Everything went smoothly and just as described in the instructions.
I haven't had a chance to use other features on the printer yet, but expect they will work well. I purchased this printer as a second printer for my living room area so I could print wireless from my mobile devices. The size of Epson NX430 fits very well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

install went good until i went to change to correct language after installation done, had to call tech support to change to english----- need to make big note in install instructions on how to get correct langage in printer.....other than that no problem setting printer up

this printer is one of the best I have ever used.I had no problem geting it hooked up and working with all my computers. all my photoes look great. it is quit when it prints dont have to watch it like my old one would recommend to all who are looking for a smal but great printer.

I have only had the printer for a few days and so far I love it. It was super easy to set up to the laptop and the iPad. I would definitely recommend this printer to friends and family!
