epson stylus nx430

set up smoothly and was printing in less than 15 minutes... These Epson products seem to have no issues with any computer systems and are super easy to set up and get going. Ink is relatively inexpensive and so are the printers. When they are on sale and they go on sale at least once a month they are a real bargain.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I'm not a fancy schmancy kind of person, but I love my new NX430! I'ts really nice to have the wifi so the cords aren't everywhere, and the printer can be happily at home in the den while the computer lives in public on the breakfast bar! The pictures and color I have printed are perfect, so much better than my old printer. I'm really happy with my purchase because it's easy to use, dependable, and not too complicated for this 65 yr old user!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Previous Epson printer NX410/415

After every time printing, this 18 month old product started showing an Error message that paper was jammed, turn off/remove paper & re-start, but there was no paper at all jammed or anywhere inside the printer. It continued show this Error message over & over & over. I called Epson service and he referred us to an authorized repair shop [Incident: 120217-004692].
Then the printing started blurring and would be corrected with the cleaning/adjustment utility.
So we bought a new NX430.
How do I uninstall the previous NX410/415 software?
I already dragged the Scan icon from the MAC Applications file to the trash and made a new NX430 scan alias for the desktop.

seems very easy to work with. easy set-up for wi-fi. bought for my grandson to use with his laptop. reasonable price. Meets his needs for schoolwork.

This printer is great for text, fast. But when it comes to printing photos it's an ink guzzeler. The settings are impossible to get right and must be changed photo to photo. So it is simply used for our business text only.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Amazed at how easy this was to set-up, wireless works wonderful. Previous wireless printer installs were less than stellar. I performed the set-up using the prescribed temporary USB connection, recommend it highly. So far so great.
