These routines really flow well, as the moves are connected together. It is a little slow-paced, hence 4 stars instead of 5, but otherwise very good. All 5 routines are different from each other, which I really like. If you like R.Y.'s other yoga videos, you will like this one.

Suits my needs for variety, quality, and quick. Rodney Yee is an excellent instructor, easy to follow and keeps the pace up. You can do one segment if you don't have a lot of time or add more segments to hit multiple target areas.
