I loved all five of these routines. Each one is different from the next, and this video is individual from the other 12 I own from Mr. Yee. As an advanced beginner/intermediate practitioner this DVD did teach me a few new poses and present further challenges. I'm certainly impressed by Rodney's ability to put different routines together throughout all of his work. This DVD will definitely be in my regular rotation. Highly recommended.
This is a great workout, not for a beginner, however it takes the beginner to the next level. I love Rodney's voice, calm and steady, it helps me to think about each move that he is directing me through and keeps me at the pace for maximum pose with a steady breath. I highly recommend this DVD.
Rodney's dvd is the best way to start the day. The moves & narration are easy to follow & give a short but strong work out. I do not like the fact that you are unable to fast forward thru the initial Gaiam infomercial.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have many Rodney Yee yoga CDs and love them all. This is awful. I'm shocked! There isn't much difference in any of the supposedly different practices and everyone is totally focused on forward bends. After one. Week of this my back was killing me. And it has this weird tinging pinging music. Perhaps it was supposed to be energizing but why would you use the same music during something thats supposed to be calming. I'd call this Forward Bends to Irritating music!,
The content of this DVD compensates for any lack of clarity in the title. This is a genuine challenge for a senior male in my second year of learning yoga.
