Great for individuals already in ok physical condition to be able to walk on but I would not recommend to anyone who does not have a well established sense of balance. It works great for me when I just want to get my steps in while watching Netflix but wouldn’t suggest for anything more than that.

Can't be Easily Modified for Backwards Walking

I really like Stamina products, which I've bought in the past. However, was disappointed to see that unlike some other brands, the InMotion (which appears sturdier and more elegant than others) can't relatively easily be modified for the backwards walking advocated by Ben Patrick. A YouTube video (Stop Knee Pain with this Backward Treadmill Hack) illustrates how to modify.
