I bought this a few weeks ago and it was very easy to assemble and store. It is a simple machine that requires little maintenance. It is great to have the peace of mind that it has fewer breakable parts than a motor powered treadmill.
The only downside is that the handles are not really tall enough for anyone over 5'8". I am 6'0" tall and have to bend to grab the handle bars and that makes for an uncomfortable walk.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This went together easily. I am a 70 yo couch potato, so had to work up to time slowly. Incline was too high to start so propped end up 3" on boards. It rolls so easily I have to hang on tight to handle bars, so arms get workout too. I have small solar system so this manual treadmill works great for me.

I have had my treadmill for about a month. It was easy to assemble. Perfect for me because I have some mobility issues from rheumatoid arthritis and chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia. I have more control than I did on a motorized treadmill at the gym. Plus I use it in my home! I couldn't be happier

It takes about a half hour for one person with no help to put this together out of the box, the instructions are very clear. I had watched a YouTube video of someone putting his together before buying it and assumed I would take much longer, but we both took about the same time.
If you normally walk on electric treadmills, this gets a bit getting used to. My first few times I felt unsteady on my feet and walked in fits of starts and stops, grabbing the handles with a death grip but, after getting the hang of it, the going is smooth and steady and I can check my Fitbit while walking.
I wish the legs allowed more levels of height to find the right incline/flatness, but I'm glad it's not loud and I haven't needed to get any spray for the band.
It was priced right, I can't really complain. It's the perfect quarantine companion.

I've used motorized treadmills every day for the last fifteen years before buying this manual treadmill and am very glad I made the switch. It folds up and doesn't take up space like my old bulky one. Also, it's a lot quieter. I like that it's a more intense workout because I power the machine. It's like walking uphill and I just increase or decrease my speed depending on how hard I want to workout . It's sturdy and was very easy to assemble. I'm 5'5" and not very heavy so someone larger may want a bigger machine.
