Bought throught Amazon Prime about a month ago to help me with weight reducing program. Am very satisfied with treadmill. It came quickly. I'm especially happy with customer service because while using treadmill, I forgot to put locking screw in place and the part of treadmill that holds digital monitor hit floor and destroyed monitor. I call customer service and within a week I had another monitor. I would recommend your company to my friends and family.

-Easy to assemble and store.
-Highly recommend the size for small spaces.

-Not as sturdy to walk/ run on as other treadmills.
-Design of handle bars should be longer. Having to reach to grip feels uncomfortable if not unnatural when using for prolonged periods of time.

For a motorless treadmill, it’s alright. Pretty wobbly during use. We need to be able to adjust the height of the hand holds. It’s a very good workout
