Great watch for those who work/recreate outdoors

I work in the conservation field, which is mostly outdoors. I was looking for a watch that could hold up to abuse while I am doing work in the field. I've had this for about a month now, and it's been great! Like all of my other gear, it's collected some scratches and scuffs already. I rinse it off when I get home and let it air dry, and it's ready to go for the next day. The multiple functions are great for any kind of timer I need, and the alarm is great for when I get the chance to take a short nap. Would recommend!

I work construction. I was looking for a simple easy to read watch that was durable enough to hold up in the conditions it might encounter on jobsites. I've only had the watch for a few weeks now so I can't really judge the durability yet but I like the watch so far. It's easy to use and read and it keeps time accurately.

Owned one of these for 25 plus years, hiking, swimming, boating, fishing, etc. I ordered a new as a result of my band breaking, however I got a replacement band and a new watch which is in my drawer waiting on this one to die. May never happen but the watch is durable and perfect on time keeping. 👍👍👍

Best watch I’ve owned, this is probably the 5th or 6th one I’ve had. Rugged enough for military and firefighting and I love the low profile and large digital display.

This is a nice practical watch and the band is very comfortable. This is the first Timex I have had where the Indiglo is activated by a top button. This is a great idea because on many of the watches I have had it is very easy to accidentally activate the Indiglo by simply bending your wrist back. This solves that problem. Please be aware that this is a medium sized watch. If you like the huge thick watches that are out there this probably isn't for you but personally I like the size!

Love the watch. We all wear this one in our family. Wish it came with a slip-through NATO band. The Velcro one it comes with is clunky and itchy.

The Expedition watch is sturdy and works for everyday wear. The numbers are big enough to read even without glasses. An improvement idea? Ditch the combination leather/fabric strap. Stick with one or the other.

Way too large, menu is overly complicated

I ordered this watch because I like the look, but it is simply too large for me; it was large even on my husband. Additionally, I find the menu and buttons overly complicated and the screen very difficult to read when in use. The design aesthetic, overall, is great and I wish there were more options in a smaller size with a better screen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
