So far- so good. We switched from electric and the change is remarkable. The GE has great features- very easy to clean, very consistent cooking.
Wish we had swapped out our old unit years ago.....

The big 20k BTU center burner is amazing. It has the commercial power I need to cook food properly rather than immediately going from a few seconds a sear to a gurgle of juices. The other burners offer enough variety to allow me to choose just the right burner for the job. I've never felt the grates were too high or under powered. How can a cook top that offers 20k BTU be under powered? It's easy to clean and looks great. We love our new cooktop.

This is one of the finest cooktops that I have used. The connective grate surface is great, allowing the movement from one burner to the other with no gaps. The flame variances are the best I have used in a cooktop model.

We built our house 6 months ago and upgraded our appliances to the Cafe Series. We are so glad we did! Not only is this great to cook with, it is visually striking. We love the blue LED knobs!! The griddle is a nice feature despite being very heavy.
