the grates too high

just bought GE cafe 36 cooktop. found the grates way too high from burners.
It takes too long to heat up the pan. GE should consider provide alternative lower grates, which will make many customers happier. Knobs too high, easy to get dirty.

I have used many other cooktops and this by far is the best one I have used to date. Heats things up fast, and the griddle has proven to be more useful than I thought.

Just installed last night and so far have only boiled water for coffee. Interesting that our cuisanart coffee maker worked yesterday, but is now not working after the installation. Maybe it was the saws and other vibrations...

I bought this appliance several months ago, and my husband and I converted it from gas to propane. It works great, is very sturdy, very good quality, and easy to clean.

I have a renewed interest in cooking now that I have my new GE Cafe Series Gas Cooktop. I really dresses up my kitchen and I love how efficient and quiet it is. It really stands out in the kitchen and clean up so easily!
