Solid range top

I added this to our new house and I love it. The burners are right sized and there is plenty of room for larger pots. What I like even more is how easy it is to clean. I like to back light for the burner knobs also.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very happy with looks and functions

I replaced a GE electric cooktop with this. It dropped right in to the existing hole in the countertop. The packaging included the wrong size griddle..... The smaller one for the 30 inch cooktop. I called GE and they sent me in the correct griddle.
As many have noted the cooking grates are probably 1/4 to 1/2 inch taller than they need to be nonetheless we have found very quick and efficient transfer of heat to cooking utensils and remain very happy with the product.

Great features...especially the Lodge griddle!

Studied many different cooktops and reviews before choosing this one. The Cafe dos not disappoint and in the 2 months I've used it, has performed very well. Appreciate the distance between burners to fit different sized cookware.

Attractive, but original knobs do not work

The cooktop looks nice but the burner knobs don't work. Not being able to turn the burners on and off seems like a fairly major product defect. Griddle top is awesome for making pancakes and grilled sandwiches. Distance between gas flame and pans seems too large, as low heat settings don't seem to be very useful.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
