The heat does not reach the pans.
Its very very tough to cleanup the spills. Other stoves are comparatively easy to clean and maintain.

Nice looking cook top

Great looking cook top with great features. This is my first gas stove and my only problem is I can't find a burner that goes low enough to get a slow simmer.

Really happy with our new cooktop!

We replaced a very old cooktop about a month ago with the GE Cafe Series and have been very pleased. We especially like the power burner in the center...great for boiling water in record time. The low-simmer burners have been great for sauces...no chance of over-cooking. Super easy to clean! Well worth the price!

I just had it installed and was excited to start using it. My french toast came out OK but... I cooked on the right front burner and was under impression the gas was too low. Otherwise it looks great, seems like it's well made and easy to clean due to flat surface. I like the lit knobs :)
