Nice Stove, broke within 5 months of use

I purchased a home and this was installed. It is a nice cook top, but one of the burners went out within about 5 mos of use. Also, it is difficult to fit pots/pans on all burners at a time...you can really only use about 3 at a time max if a larger one is on the middle burner. I also find that water takes a really long time to boil unless it is on the middle burner on the power boil setting. One last thing...some of the burners completely go out on the lowest setting and you don't realize until you smell gas because the fire is no longer lit. Sort of a safety hazard if you ask me. Other than those things, it is nice looking, has some nice safety features (like the burner lock knob) and is easy to keep clean. All in all, I would choose this over an electric cook top any day, but unfortunately the performance of ours has been a little shaky.

Love the lock feature for cleaning. Love the blue light feature of the knobs letting us know the gas is on. Didn't know it included a separate griddle, so very happy about this. The look is beautiful.

Cooking with Gas!

Installed a Cafe Series gas cooktop after remodeling the kitchen in a house we bought six months ago. This stainless steel unit adds a solid, professional grade look to our design, but most importantly, I am impressed with the "accuracy" the cooktop brings to our cooking. Cooking with gas offers instant and infinite heat variation, and takes the guess work out of cooking with electric, wondering how long it will take to heat up or cool down. I can't remember ever being so impressed with the performance of any appliance.

Great Cooktop

After nearly ten years of having to cook on electric cooktops, we were finally able to afford to convert our new house to gas. Bought this cooktop specifically for the "turbo" burner feature. Works awesome although the turbo is a little noisy. The griddle feature is great for pancakes, sausages, quesadilla's, etc.
Great to be cooking with gas again!
