Bought it for the big burner in the middle. Gets things hot pretty fast. Stainless steel surface looks great, but scratches too easily using just a sponge and when removing grates which are very heavy and too high when cleaning. Let’s heat go up the sides of your pot if not careful.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We purchased this cooktop as a floor model and it was the best addition to our kitchen remodel. We love everything about this product. Food cooks evenly and it is very easy to keep clean. We highly recommend the GE Cafe Series Cooktop!

This range top was price friendly. I added the griddle top and use it constantly. The SS top is so much better than the white top I replaced. Looks great and easily cleaned. I highly recommend this product
