Very Nice Cooktop

I was impressed how quickly the main buner heated large stock pots of water. Cleanup is a snap. Very easy to take the components apart for cleaning.

Replaced knobs

I wrote a review that 2 knobs cracked after purchasing this product. Soon after they sent me 2 new ones. I am very pleased they stood behind their product and love it otherwise!

Takes 30 min to boil water

We bought this cooktop several months ago and hated it because the grates sit very high over the burners, as a result cooking surfaces gets very little direct heat. A small pot of water would take 30 mins to boil. Not at all what we had in mind when we purchased it. Poor design. Very unhappy with product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have had this for only a month, and it works great.Power burner boils water fast, and love the lock out feature.It also stainless looks great with the new granite counter top.

We have been using this for about a week, but am already happy with the purchase. It is easier to clean than the old glass top model it replaced, but the grates are heavy. Still learning how to use the burners efficiently. Using the control knob for the middle burner requires some practice before feeling safe. After using the griddle only once, we decided it is too small for most of our use. This stainless steel cooktop has given the kitchen an updated and professional appearance.

Fantastic Cooktop

We remodeled the kitchen and I wanted a new cooktop. This cooktop is the so wonderful. The Center power burner is fantastic for those big pots that you want to get going quickly. It is so easy to clean and looks great all the time. So many compliments on it. Love the lock out feature and the lights for the burners so you know even from across the room if you forgot to turn off.
I would recommend this to a friend!

CONTINUALLY BURN MYSELF GRATES TO HIGH FROM THE FLAME LARGE BURNERS ARE BOTH IN THE FRONT SO IF YOU HAVE 2 LARGE PANS GOING AT SAME TIME HARD TO ACCESS THE PLASTIC KNOBS THAT BREAK WHEN YOU TAKE THEM OFF TO CLEAN AND PUT BACK ON

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My only complaint,,,,I wish that I had room for the 36 inch cooktop!
First: The backlit knobs that let you know when a burner is on is not only a great safety feature, but, it looks neat too.
Second: The Ultra Burner in the center, can boil water at an outstanding rate! it is BLAZING fast!
Third: The Simmer feature of the back burner is SUPERIOR for cooking sauces and soups that need to be kept on a SLOW simmer for a longer period of time.
Fourth: Clean up is as easy as using a spray bottle of WATER! No harsh chemicals needed! Simply spray on the water, and it wipes clean. It is the nicest, full feature Cook top that I have EVER owned -- and it replaced an older GE Profile Cooktop - this one has it beat HANDS DOWN!
