Perfect for what we wanted

Replaced an electric cooktop with this gas unit and have been loving it. Arrived with a broken grate, but 5 minutes on the phone with GE Cust Svc (before I had even registered the unit!) and a replacement grate was on the way (free), arriving within 72 hrs as promised. A good product and great service to boot.

I am well pleased with this cook top. The burners have a much higher BTU than the old cook top. Food cooks much faster. I like the feature of being able to lock the dials. Very child safe.

Yes, this gas cooktop, along with grill is amazing and easy to control temperatures while cooking, plus faster than my other cooktop.

Disappointed and Not Worth the High Sticker Price

I bought this stove gas cooktop for its high end qualities and features. I am disappointed for what I got. The fit and finish are lacking and leave a lot to be desired.

Looks and works great. First time using gas cooktop product. Grills sit higher than most other products, causing need for vent above to be raised. Only issues are that there is no "hot" warning light for kids or others, and knobs on front are sometimes covered by larger skillets when using front burners.
