I bought this a couple of months ago and have been very happy for the most part! You have to remember that since your cookware will be a bit higher up off the flame that it takes longer for the cookware to heat up. Only other mild concern is the superflame. it's great, but I have a microwave above the cooktop and would not leave a pot cooking on high for long under there.
I bought this appliance because of the impressive looks. However, performance wise, I do not like this cooktop. The grates sit way too high on top of the burners resulting in a lot of heat loss. The flames are hardly able to touch the cooking pan. Not good for smaller cooking pans at all. The only burner I like is the central one. I wish all the burners had the same design and the grates were designed to be closer to the flames.

Overall I am happy with this cooktop. My only complaint is the grates are rather high. This has made using tall stock pots difficult as my microwave is above the space.
I love all of the features of the cooktop. The knobs that light up when the gas is on, the childproof lock buzzer. The 20,000 BTU center burner is amazing. It heats up quickly and can used for low simmer. The cooktop is very eye catching, we have received many complements on it.
It looks good and the middle burner is great. The others are too high and it takes three times as long as my last cooktop for water to boil. One of the burners says "O" instead of "LO". It would probably be a fantastic cooktop if you offered us lower burners. The child lock feature is great and the fact that the burners light blue when on is wonderful - I actually did have a time when one of them got turned on accidentally and I spotted it before it was a problem.
