I love my new cooktop. I had an Induction cooktop, and personally I prefer gas! So my husband and I went out and purchased the GE Cafe Series cooktop. Even though I just got it two days ago, I'm already satisfied with the performance of the appliance. The burners are spaced out enough that I can have a 12 quart pot on the center burner, and a 5 quart pot on one of the front burners with no over crowding. Overall, I'm quite happy with my cooktop!

Great price point for a top performer

Replaced my 1st GE cook top with another one and boy...so wonderful.The 1st lasted 15yrs but this one has more burners, wider variation in burner control and still allows room for large pots side by side on each burner. A definite keeper!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is the best move we ever made . We had electric cook top and wanted gas,
so we got this 1 and are very happy with it. Can cook on low range .

I have been using this cooktop for 9 months and it has been everything I want and more. I love to cook big and the Awesome powerful big BTU center burner handles my big stock pots and Dutch oven. From soups and stews, Swiss steak, fried chicken, pasta and seafood, braises, and more this cook top handles it all. Clean up is a breeze - just be careful to use NON- abrasive materials. Cast iron grates are the best As you don't have to continually clean them.
