I installed it two weeks ago converted to lp I do not have all the right parts and everybody is confused. I'm doing the leg work because nobody knows what I am talking about. I need the extended spud for the two front burners they cant find the right part NO.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

plating in front row of three knobs is peeling off

I bought this cook top 1 month ago. The plating on the knobs is now peeling off and the plastic in the knob is melting.

A quality cooktop

The blue lights prevent accidentally leaving the burners on. A great, fantastic feature. So is the red light to lock the burners. The knob action is precise and gives complete control of the flame, just like on Wolfe and Viking. The grates are WAY heavy (my wife cannot lift them), but they are also WAY functional/substantial.

Satisfactory Gas Cooktop

This is a good gas cook top. Our concerns are we have not been able to clean satisfactory the burner caps following GE instructions thus they are small stains and with the exception of the high heat mid burner the flames are NOT hot enough. We cannot bring pasta to a rolling boil except on mid burner high flame.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
