Great machine with limited service life

Love the convenience of this machine. The coffees are great. No waste. I would recommend the machine but give the service life of the machine caveat. Mine lasted just under two years using soft water run through a reverse osmosis system. I made about 2 to 4 cups a day.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Fast, Multiple Settings, Easy to use
Cons: Limited Service Life

Great product

I started out with a Special Edition model, but soon realized that I needed one that made a larger cup of coffee, so I purchased the Platinum model, best decision I have made in a while. I love this coffee brewer. I gave my old one to my daughter, now she's hooked too.
Pros: Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Easy to use, Multiple Settings
Cons: No travel mug setting

Great, long lasting machine!

We have had our Keurig 2 1/2 years. This is one of the best purchases ever made. We use filter water to fill ours and have not had any problems. I love this Keurig product and have recommend this to others and they now also love theirs.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable, Fast, Easy to use

Love this coffee maker.

This coffeemaker has been a wonderful addition to our family. My husband loves BOLD coffee whereas I like the milder tastes. He hates flavors whereas I love to try them. We are so happy now that we can each have our own coffee! And we've had this coffeemaker for over a year and have had no problems with it.

Should last a lifetime

I would think for the price of this brewer it would last years. Typically, I'd buy the average coffee maker for a daily pot of coffee for my husband and I to drink in the morning. They'd last about a year and we'd be out buying another. Well during our last search we decided on Keurig, and figured we would be good to go for years. No more yearly coffee maker purchases right? Wrong! This, just like every other coffee maker, died at the too young age of 1 year! I am sticking with my good ole $50 department store coffee makers from here on out. I WILL NOT spend this insane amount of money every year for a brewer simply because it looks awesome and makes a good cup of coffee.

Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Pricey / Poor Value, Fragile

Not worth the money!

I use this product everyday and the first unit lasted just under a year so the warranty replaced it. The next one is now making alot of noise and I fear this will lead to a premature failure of this second unit. I do like the convenience but the coffee is pricey.

Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, HARD TO CLEAN, Noisy

awaiting my second warranty replacement

1st unit stopped functioning after 10 months. I received a warranty replacement very quickly. Now 10 months later the second unit has stopped working and this will also be replaced under warranty. I recommend others to consider a different model. My family and friends do not have issues with other models. Platinum? I don't think so.

My husband loves perked coffee. So we had to make a whole pot and he only drank one cup a day. So, to not be so wasteful he started drinking instant coffee. I purchased him the Keurig Platinum for Christmas and he loves it. He will even make his own coffee now. He loves the Hot Apple Cider also, and drinks from 3-4 cups of assorted drinks now, trying all different flavors. I have a happy camper. It is so easy to use, clean, and make all kinds of drinks. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT!!!!!
