Great brewer, except for height

Like everything about it EXCEPT that my tall stainless steel mug won't fit to capture the brewed coffee. So I have to use another flatter mug to capture coffee, then pour into my mug of choice.. But still good - easy to use and quick.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use, Stylish

I bought this from [@] love it makes the best coffee love that I can also use it with my regular coffee too dont have to buys special K cups for it that was one of the draw backs while I did not get it before but on [@] it showed it came with its special K cup so you can drink your regular coffee with it..I really do love this coffee maker worth ever penny I paid thank god [@] has the easy pays love this ones again you will not go wrong with this coffee pot I promise..

I brought my 1st Platinum in Feb 2010. I replaced it June 2010, Jan 2011 and Dec 2011. Each time it seems to be due to computer issues. Each time I called the Customer Service rep went thru the process of what was wrong with the brewer. Once it was determined that the problem couldn't resolved they sent me a new model without any hassle. This model is slightly different so maybe everything will be ok. My sister has had hers, a different model, for 4 years now and it is still going strong. I just love this coffee! But I would recommend a different model

Cons: Fragile

Plastic smell and taste in coffee

Have a single cup coffer maker in my office which I love and purchased the Platinum for home. Have ran 35 cups of hot water through the coffee maker and still get a plastic odor and taste (in coffee). Really disapointed. in the B70. I believe problem is with internal plastic tank as I've cleaned the removeable tank and washed several time with soap and water.
Pros: Fast, Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes

The Platinum Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

First Love

I just received my Keurig as an early Christmas gift, and I am in love. I used to spend at least 5 dollars a day on coffee, now I can get great coffee at a much lower cost, in my own home, and in the blink of an eye!
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Takes time to warm up

Second Brewer

Just opened our second brewer from Keurig. The first brewer had the pump go out after only 18 months of casual use. We don't use the machine daily so I was disappointed with the product breaking down so easily. After much debate and little help from Keurig (poor customer service) we ended up buying a new one. Hoping we don't have the same problems with this new machine. Will not be replacing the product with Keurig if the pump malfunctions again. Too costly to replace yearly!

More Bells & Whistles than I needed

Gave the Special Edition to our one cup a day son-in-law this summer. He loves it, made iced coffee when it was hot and the Barista Prima in the morning. They decided to give me the Platinum for Christmas. More options than I need,but love it.This came with the My Cup accessary and I tried it, after reading other reviews on how to set it up. Had no leakage or cleanup.Looking forward to trying the different coffees.Great idea for mixed company to offer choices

I received this machine as a Chirstmas gift and I just LOVE it. It is very easy to use. My kids can make their own hot chocolate and they even make me coffee!
