Love My Brewer

I have to say that I love my Keurig. I had a mini brewer for 4 years, no problems, all I have to do is descale. I purchased a plat brewer about 13 months ago, I had an issue with the pump. I called cust service to see what they could do even though the brewer was out of warranty. The rep I spoke with was so sweet and helpful she even replaced my brewer for me!!!! I am now a customer for life!! I belive that Keurig is a wonderful company and that if you have any problems with the brewer you should call, you never know what could happen!!!
Pros: Easy to use, Durable, Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Multiple Settings
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value

Not good enough for the money.

I am so disappointed in Keurig. This will be my 5th Keurig I have owned. I had bought 2 from [@] and then I finally got smart called the company by 4th keurig is on it's way. I will never ever recommend Keurig to anyone. They must be cheaply made and not worth the money. I cannot get my money back so they just keep sending me a new one. Well at least it is suppose to be new. We will see after I receive the next one. Unhappy customer.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Stylish, Fast

Loved it til it stopped working

Like other here. This worked great for a while. Then it started to act up. It started only partially filling the cup and draining water back into the water reservoir during the brew cycle. Not brewing and shutting off. Really bummed. Have not tried to call customer service I have had it over a year. I may try after reading some of these reviews.
Pros: Easy to use, Fast
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value

Expect the Product to break down after the 1 year warrantee. Keurig will give you a discounted price on a new one with free shipping when it breaks down out of warrantee.
Pros: Easy to use

No Whiz, Big Bang..it DIED

Worked great for a year before it "Unexpectedly Died". Would like to know if Keurig puts in an "Auto Destruct Device" that makes it die shortly after warranty expires. My Advice: Don't waste money on expensive models, get the cheapest one & enjoy for a year!

Cons: UNEXPLAINED DEATH, Pricey / Poor Value, Can't Unplug, Not durable

good coffee - warranty not so good ...

only used it for a day but very impressed with the great tasting coffee, the brewer came with a 60 cup variety pack, only sampled a few but hoping all varieties are as good, not too impressed by the short warranty, I would expect that you would stand behind this expensive product for more than 1 year ...

Stops working after 1 year

Expensive product that doesn't last more than 1.5 years, cup sizer does not working, difficult to clean, just stops working
Pros: Fast, Stylish
Cons: Limited product life, Complicated, HARD TO CLEAN, Limited Cup Sizes, Pricey / Poor Value

Handy for more than just coffee!

My husband loves that he can have so many choices! I love oatmeal in the morning and it's nice to have one appliance that can serve multiple uses! The size selection is great, whether it be for my oatmeal, his morning cup or our travel mugs. I also have used the brewer to supply water to heat bottles!! The customer service is second to none if there are ever any issues and there is great information available to help keep your brewer running at peak performance!!
