Just not right out of the gate

I have used serveral different Keurig's and most have worked just fine but the ones I paid the most for almost $200.00 plugged up were hard to clean and then were replaced with cheap little machines by Keurig. Sorry its just a no sale with me. I love to travel and took mine along in my fifth wheel, but no more.
Cons: Fragile, Pricey / Poor Value, HARD TO CLEAN, Plugged up over and over

Don't buy Keurig

IF I could I wouldn't give any stars. Don't buy Keurig coffee makers-they are JUNK! I've had 4 of these. I couldn't get more than 6 mos use out of the first 3. All for the same problems others have listed. Sure, Keurig replaced them with more [*] units. My 4th lasted a little more than a year and low and behold it just took a DUMP! Now they want to send me another piece of [*] for a discounted [$] because it is out of warranty. These things are like disposable razors that cost $180. They should last many years. This company is a JOKE. With all the problems these things have, you would think they would design a better product that actually works.
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Fragile
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

love this coffee pot..just a little to noisey and also cant fit my travel mug in, even when i remove tray.

very easy to use, great selection of kcups, flexible in size... downside...the machine does not last....12 - 14 months - then dies....so many people have the same problem. Love the machine it just needs to last longer - especially for the price
Pros: Fast, Multiple Settings, Easy to use
Cons: Brewer does not last, Fragile

Buyer beware

Loved it, that is until 2 days after the warranty expired and so did the brewer. Customer Service is no help. They just want you to watch videos on how to descale the machine. Doesn't take a genious to know to run vinegar through the thing every so often. But it is not the miracle cure they seem to think. Buy another brand!

Love it! But...

I love this brewer but I am now on my 3rd one...they do not last more then a year if that. I love how fast and convenient it is but they need to find a way to make them more durable!
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish, Fast
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN

Family of four morning coffee drinkers only. Love the coffee and choices but brewers have a short life span even when maintained. Shop your needs

Not worth the price

I am now on my third brewer. The first two never really worked properly right from the start. They would put out differing amounts of coffee almost every time - very frustrating! This third one started pumping water back into the reservoir and not brewing at all. BTW, Ionly use Zero water in my brewer, and descaled all the time (and the descale message would reappear two days later!!!). I am a one cup per day brewer, so it didn't exactly get overused, either. Since the warranty had lapsed (it was about 18 months old) I couldn't get a replacement for free, so I had to get one at a discount instead. If this one dies....three strikes and Kuering is out! I had a good customer service experience, however, so kudos to them.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use
Cons: Unpredictable, Unreliable, Noisy, Pricey / Poor Value, HARD TO CLEAN, Limited Cup Sizes
