Stay away from this one

I got this model as a points reward for $xx and xxxx coffee club points. After several months of repeated and frequent de-scaling, enduring highly variable output quantities at variance with the cup size chosen (usually considerably less than the selected cup size or zero output followed by double output). I eventually scrapped this brewer to go back to using the Special Edition brewer I had previously been using. AVOID THIS MODEL like the PLAGUE.
Pros: Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, HARD TO CLEAN, Won't hold up, Fragile
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is my second brewer. The first one died after about two years. Customer service was great, after trying to trouble shoot the brewer they decided to send me a new one at no cost.Keep up the good work.

Works Great right out of the box

Each cup that is brewed tastes perfect. We start in the morning and drink throughout the day, so the freshness and coffee variety really makes us happy. In the past, we'd brew four or five pots and after a little while be forced to drink bitter, scorched coffee. Now, we drink what we want, when we want. We switch varieties to try new things, and if we like it we'll cut off the top foil and put it in the box so we can remember to order that again. Truly a wonderful concept and quality products.
Pros: Easy to understand, Stylish, Travel mug size perfect, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, Fast

I had to call customer service because my brewer was not working! They were FABULOUS!!!! Our machine was clogged and the customer service rep was more than amazing! She walked me through the unclogging process and it worked! I would HIGHLY recommend this machine! Love it! We have had it for a year and use it EVERY day!

Worked well..... at first.

Worked well for the first four months, then would randomly take 10 to 15 minutes to finaly cycle through and make a cup. I've always used the optional filter but it still began to slow down to a trickle after the first few months. At times I have to turn it off and on several times to get it to reset and actually make a cup of coffee. Unfortunately I could not recommend this model in good conscience.

Cons: Unreliable

I would buy this product again and again

I have had a Keurig brewer for over 6 years now. I have given each of my four children one as gifts and an extra one for a son that has a camper. We are a Keurig dedicated family.
Pros: It's on when I get up, Very easy to operate, Fast, Fresh Coffee everytime
Cons: Absolutely None

This is my second Keurig brewer. The first was the cheaper version and it only lasted 6 mos. I thought I would buy the more expensive one and hoped it would last longer. It didn't!! 7 months in it stopped brewing like the first one. I only make 1 to 2 cups from the machine a day - so its not overused. Just not durable. I love the convenience of Keurig; however, I am getting tired of these machines breaking. I don't have time to stop and fix my coffee machine. I need a machine that will last without much maintenance. I think I might try the Breville line of Keuring machines. Maybe that one will last longer.

Cons: Not durable

I use my Platinum Keurig every day. My husband does not drink coffee, so it is perfect for me. All my family and friends really enjoy choosing their own brand of coffee, as I always have several different ones on hand. Many of my friends have purchased the Keurig after making and tasting the great coffees at our house. It is so easy and no clean-up! I love it!
