Couldn't Ask For More

I really love coffee and of 5 various coffee makers/brewers that I own, my Keurig Platinum is the one I use daily. It has performed flawlessly from Day 1 and is by far the easiest coffee maker to use. My favorite features are that real coffee is brewed very quickly, I can change coffee varieties with every cup, and there are many selectable options (brewing temp, on/off time, etc) to truely make it my own. . The platinum color and blue lighting fit perfectly into my kitchen decore with all stainless appliances and blue marble counter-tops, it looks as if it were designed just for me. The soft blue light in the water chamber is not only attractive but also flashes to remind me when the water level is low. If the water level is too low, the brewer will not operate until the chamber is filled; a great safety feature. If I could change it just a little, I'd like to have the brew chamber made so it is easier to clean and also have the capability of connecting it directly into my reverse osmosis water system. The Platinum Brewer is without a doubt the best small appliance I've ever purchased and it is the one I use the most.

Cons: No water line hookup, HARD TO CLEAN

Customer Service was FANTASTIC!

purchased 11/29/09 Started to fail 11/10/10 Stopped passing water completely 2 weeks after that point. Called customer service 2/20/11, they were so nice and asked me for the serial number and other information about trouble shooting. After that point they informed me that they would send me a new machine free of charge to me and in 3-7 business days! Thank you so much! YOU ARE KEEPING ME AS A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. I have not had such an amazing customer experience in years!

Love Keurig

I must say, I LOVE MY KEURIG. The down side to this coffee maker is that at about a year it stopped working, it just wouldn't pour any water out. I was very upset and I called Customer Service. They walked me through the steps to unclog this and that. Finally the nice lady told me it probably had a deep clog and would be unrepairable, BUT she would send me a new one. The company definitely stands by their product, so because of this, I will stick with them and their product.

Cons: Not durable, Doesn't last a yr

I like this machine, although i am on my second machine, this one is doing what my first one was doing taking it's time to brew a cup, it's starting to get noisy, customer service blames it on water, or an air bubble, i have cleaned and cleaned this machine too many times. every time i deal with customer service they run me through the same cleaning and it still doesn't work properly. customer service could be better!

Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Complicated, Limited Cup Sizes, Fragile

Pump problem...on my 4th Keurig

Bought my first Keurig in March of 2010 (B60 or B70) but the pump stopped working after a month. Keurig told us to return to the store ([...]). Traded up for the B70 platinum (4 other of my friends have this same model). 10 months later the B70 stops working...same pump problem. Traded up again for the new Cuisinart Keurig...stopped working after only a week, once again the pump. Returned it today for the B70 platinum (it did work for 10 months). If this one craps out again, we will be going with a completely different brand of coffee machine or just old fashioned drip. Keurig needs to fix its pump problem as these machines aren't cheap. My [...] says a large majority of customers who have purchased Keurigs have returned them, mostly because of pump failure.

Great but not without problems

Used it everyday for over 1 yr. Easy and makes a great cup of coffee. Recently had problems with powering down at end of cycle. Worked with customer service to clean/descale, seems to have solved the problem. It is higher cost per cup than drip but like most things you expect to pay for the convenience.

Cons: Cleaning not intuitive, HARD TO CLEAN

My fiancee and I bought this back at Christmas time. I think she's used it once and I've used it maybe half a dozen times since it lives at her apartment. Visually appealing device I admit and the brew time is nice. Yet, I'm not convinced it was worth the investment we've made and will continue to make for the k-cups considering how little we use the device. My biggest complaint, however, is that the coffee always tastes watery/weak--even the darker roasts. A nice thing to have around though for the household with diverse coffee/tea preferences.

Cons: Noisy, Strength of beverage, Complicated, Pricey poor value

Very Disappointed

Bought this product in late November. Loved the red color to go with my kitchen. Loved it at first, great coffee and hot chocolate, very convenient. Then in January it just stopped brewing...no warning or anything...just quit! This machine is too expensive to just quit working after such a short time. It went back.
