Nice brewer, great customer service

We've owned the Keurig Platinum for 11 months and have been completely satisfied with this machine. Even though I've descaled the machine several times, a few days ago the descale indicator came on, and the brewer began brewing only portions of the size cups selected. I descaled the machine several times, plus cleaned the elements as indicated in the manual (with a paper clip), to no avail. I contacted Keurig Customer Service this evening and even though George was very helpful, we were unable to resolve the problem over the phone. [...] except for the inconvenience of being without our wonderful coffee maker during that period, I'm completely satisfied. Obviously Keurig stands behind their warranty.
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN

I love this machine...when it's working

This machine is awesome! when it works:-) I actually like this machine so well that I purchased 5 of them, 3 of which were gifts. I have had problems with 2 of them in the last 12 months. Keurig has EXCELLENT customer service and has quickly replaced both of them. Other than the inconvenience of having to bring the one in from the motorhome while waiting to receive my replacement from Keurig, I have no complaints. I'm a loyal user who keeps hoping that Keuring will be able to continue to 'perfect' the machine as time goes by. I noticed some small changes on the new machine which shows me that Keurig is making an effort to make the machine perform better. Until then, they have no problem honoring the machines warranty! I would give this product 5 stars if I hadn't had 2 that stopped working.
Pros: Variety, Easy to use, Convenient, Fast, Always ready, Stylish
Cons: Stops working too often

The Platinum Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

We love everything about this machine and the product, except what others seem to have found - it shuts off for no reason, it doesnt brew a full cup. The customer service dept is awesome, and after three calls, they are sending a new one. I hope it works cuz we do love having the Keurig

Great suprise

Just got a replacement from the company. I had it almost 1 yr and was unable to troubleshoot & fix it. They sent me a warranty replacement which I was not expecting! So thankful to have it back.

I have had my B70 for a year and I love it! I am giving my sons each one for Christmas. We love the variety of flavors available and no mess to clean up. We can each make the flavor and strength to our individual tastes. I am always on the go and I can make a quick cup of great coffee in my travel mug as I am running out the door. I love it!

I love this brewer. I purchased this for myself in black. There is very little clean-up involved. Even my teenage son can use this without making a mess. The beverages taste great. Very stylish in my kitchen.
Pros: Almost no clean-up, Easy to use, No grinds in my coffee, No running out of filters, Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, Good beverage selections

A fast, fresh cup each time!

No wasted pots of coffee anymore. Unlike other coffee machines, the Keurig makes each cup freshly brewed. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate can be chosen as well. My wife and I can have coffee while the kids have hot chocolate. All within minutes. Such variety cannot be found on a standard drip coffee brewer. Choosing from the wide variety of flavors and blends is what takes the most time. Excellent product.

I love my Kuerig ,it stopped working for me a year after i brought it and just plain broke my heart.One phone call to customer care and im happy again .Thank you Kuerig staff you are the best.
